Grandmother's Swiss Steak Recipe
3-4 lbs. round steak
1 c flour
1 can diced tomatoes
1 tsp. pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
Cut round steak inserving
size. Dredge into the flour, and brown
in hot olive oil. Put in a Dutch Oven,
add the tomatoes, salt and pepper. Chop
the onion and add to the Dutch Oven.
Cover, and cook in a slow oven at 350
degrees for 4-5 hours.
