Ham Tetrazzini Recipe
8 oz. angel hair pasta, cooked and
8 oz. mushrooms, sliced
1-1/2 T. light margarine, melted
c. onions, chopped
1/4 c. unbleached
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
c. fat-free half and half
1 c. hot
1 chicken bouillon cube
ham, extra lean, cooked and diced
c. fat-free or reduced-fat Parmesan
oven to 350 degrees. prepare a 8 inch
baking dish with cooking spray; set
aside, in a skillet, cook onions and
mushrooms in margarine until tender. Add
flour, mustard, and half and half.
Dissolve bouillon cube in hot water. Add
to onion mixture. Mix well. Boil until
thickened and bubbly. Pour sauce over
cooked spaghetti. Add ham. Mix well.
Spoon entire mixture into prepared dish.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake for
