Mary J's Baked Chicken and Almond Salad Recipe

Ingredients
2 Cups Chicken, Cooked & Diced
2 Cups Celery, Thinly Sliced
1/2 Cup Almonds, Toasted
1 Teaspoon Salt
2 Teaspoons Onion, Grated
1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
1/2 Cup mild Cheddar Cheese, Grated
1 Cup Potato Chips, Crushed
1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 Can Water Chestnuts, Sliced

Directions
Combine all ingredients except cheese and potato chips. Place into a baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese and crumbled chips. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes. Serve warm
