Hamburger Cutlets Parmesan Recipe

Ingredients
2 lb ground chuck
1 Tbsp chopped parsley
1 tsp seasoned salt
1/4 cup flour
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs
1/4 cup oil
6 oz. Mozzerella slices
Spaghetti Sauce
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

Directions
Mix chuck,salt and parsley together and form into 6 patties
Coat each with flour, then egg, then crumbs.
Brown in hot oil. Put into 12"x8"x2" pan and top each with a slice of the cheese
Pour spaghetti sauce over each patty. Sprinkle with Parmesan
Bake at 400ºfor 25 minutes

Supper Beef Popover Recipe

Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef
1 15 oz. can tomato sauce
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
2 Tbsp flour
1/2 tsp each salt and pepper
1 tsp parsley flakes
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese


2 eggs
1 cup milk 1 Tbsp oil
1 cup flour 1/2 tsp salt
2 Tbsp chopped green onions

Directions
Brown beef and drain. Stir in tomato sauce, green pepper, 2 Tbsp flour, salt, pepper and parsley
Pour into ungreased 13"x9"x2" pan. Sprinkle with cheese

Beat eggs, milk,oil,1 cup flour 1/2 tsp salt with hand mixer until smooth
Pour over cheese and sprinkle with green onion

Bake 25-30 minutes until puffy and golden brown. Serve immediately
