1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 clove garlic,
1 lb. boneless pork, cut into
bite size pieces
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can
1 tsp. dried Italian
1.2 tsp. sugar, 1/2 tsp.
salt, 1/4 tsp. black pepper
white or brown rice
Heat oil in lge nonstick skillet over
med-high heat. Add onion, garlic and
mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes,
stirring often until softened.
in pork, tomatoes and seasoning.
Cover and simmer on medium low heat,
stirring once in a while for 10 minutes.
Serve over coked rice.
