Refrigerator Pickles Recipe
7 cups sliced cucumbers
1 onion, halved and sliced
bell pepper, sliced
2 cups sugar
1 tablespoon salt
teaspoon celery seed
Combine all ingredients in a large
plastic container with a tight fitting
lid. Cover and store in the refrigerator
for 24 hours before serving the pickles.
Keep pickles refrigerated. They will
last for up to two weeks.
