tablespoons olive oil
1 pound shrimp,
large, peeled and deveined
teaspoons garlic, minced
tablespoons basil, fresh, chopped
grated Asiago cheese
Heat the oil in a
skillet. Add the shrimp and cook until
just pink. Add the garlic and basil. Add
the butter. Toss in the cooked pasta.
Garnish with the cheese.
