Key Lime Pie Recipe

1/2 cup key lime juice
3 egg yolks
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 graham cracker crust
3 egg whites
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. cream of tarter

Open condensed milk. Pour into bowl. Mix in egg yolks one at a time. Slowly add lime juice as you continue to mix. Pour into pie crust. Next whip the egg whites. Slowly add the sugar a little at a time. Next add cream of tarter. Whip until a stiff peak is reached. Put onto the top of pie. Set oven to 325 degrees and place pie on baking sheet. Cook until top is slightly brown.
