1 yellow cake mix (I used Betty Crocker)
cup self-rising flour (this addition makes a less-sweet muffin)
together the dry cake mix and flour.
liquid (water plus 2 tbsp of buttermilk powder)
1/3 cup oil
Spray muffin pans with non-stick
spray, making sure that pans are covered with the spray. (I use a mixture of

Put dough in muffin pans.
