This is another TNT square pan cake.
Butterscotch Pudding Cake
1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup milk
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoons oleo, melted
2 cups hot water
1 small package, (3.5 oz. pkg.), regular (not instant)
pudding mix
Mix dry ingredients, except for the pudding mix. Add milk,
oleo and vanilla. Pour into ungreased 9 in. square pan.
In small bowl, combine dry pudding mix and hot water. Pour
slowly over batter. DO NOT MIX. Bake in preheated 350 degree
oven 30-35 min. or till firm to touch in center. Top surface
will appear cracked. Cool 5-10 min. To serve spoon warm cake
pudding side up, onto dishes topped with whipped topping.,
