Here is the Chicken Pot Pie Recipe that
some were looking for in the last couple
of newsletters, it is in the March 21st
newsletter about 1/2 way down. Hope this

Chicken Pot Pie Casserole
Casserole dish 9x13
1st layer: Stove top stuffing(chicken)
prepared as per box instructions.
2nd layer: Cooked pieces of chicken
(like rotisserie from Costco), or 2 cans
of chicken breast.
3rd layer: Can of cream of chicken soup
plus 1/2 can of water or juice from can
of chicken
4th layer: Bag of frozen mixed
vegetables
5th layer: Crescent rolls patted to fit
top of casserole
Bake at 350º until crescent rolls are
golden brown.
