Smothered Chicken and Vegetables

3 carrots, sliced
3 stalks celery, sliced
1 large onion, cut into thin wedges
3 cups cubed cooked chicken
10 3/4 ounce Can condensed cream of celery soup
3/4¾ cup chicken broth

Place vegetables in the bottom of crockpot. Top with chicken. Add soup and broth. (No need to mix).

Cover and cook for 4 to 6 hours on low.
