Good morning Nancy. I must have been
brain dead when I sent the recipe in for my Fresh Fruit
Salad as I left an ingredient out. So, here is a corrected
recipe.
Fresh Fruit Salad
Cantaloupe, cubed in bite sized pieces
2 types of grapes, wash and dry very well
Strawberries, wash and dry very well
Kiwi, peeled and sliced
Fresh pineapple, cut into bite sized pieces
Bananas, sliced
1 (12 oz) can Orange Juice, thawed
Once you are ready to put the salad together, layer in a
clear glass trifle bowl. Continuing to layer until all
fruits have been used (or bowl is full). Then drizzle the
thawed CONCENTRATED orange juice over the top. Refrigerate.
NOTE: When layering, make sure that you put the bananas and
then the pineapple. This helps keep the bananas from
turning.
I usually always make it the night before that I am going to
