Grilled Apricot Glazed Ribs

1 (12 ounce) jar apricot preserves
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 (8 ounce) bottle French Salad Dressing
6 pounds beef ribs, cut into single rib portions

Preheat grill to medium high heat. Combine salad dressing, preserves and onion soup to make apricot glaze for ribs. Before adding glaze grill ribs about 10 minutes (turning often). Brush ribs with apricot glaze and cooking at least 10 minutes more or until done. Brush with glaze often as ribs are cooking.
Makes 6 servings.
