Hashbrown Casserole w/ Sausage and Gravy

1 bag frozen hashbrowns (cubed or shredded works but I like cubed best)
1 roll of Sausage
2 c shredded cheese
1/2 medium onion, chopped smallish
2 tbsp butter
1 pkg Country Peppered Gravy mix
1/2 c milk
1 8oz ct. sour cream

Preheat oven 350. Brown Sausage. Mix gravy with milk. Mix all ingredients EXCEPT 1 c of shredded cheese. Spray casserole dish with non-stick spray and fill with mixture. Level the mixture and cover with remaining cheese. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour 30 min. Last 15 mins, remove foil. set on stove for 5 mins then serve.
