Raisin Sauce for Baked Ham #3
This came from a Betty Crocker's Good and Easy Cook Book
that I got for a X-mas present back in 1962 so I believe
that this is the recipe you are looking for.
Raisin Sauce
Mix 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1 tsp. dry mustard, 2 Tbs.
cornstarch; slowly add 2 Tbs. each of vinegar and lemon
juice , 1/4 tsp. grated lemon rind, 1 & 1/2 cups water, 1/2
cup seedless raisins. Stir over low heat until thick.
1 & 1/2 cups
