I am making these cookies for a Christening Party. They are delicious - one batch makes lots of cookies.

White Italian Cookies

Beat until creamy:
3 cups butter (room temperature)
3 cups sugar

Add:
6 eggs
1 TB vanilla
2 TB almond extract

In a separate bowl, mix:
10 cups flour
13 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt

Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients. Add about 2 cups of milk. (Batter will be soft). Form into figure 8 or twist.

Frosting:
Confectioner's Sugar
Water
Almond Extract
Donna/Buffalo
