Chicken and Dressing
18 slices toasted bread, cubed
2 cups diced cooked potatoes
1 cup chopped carrots
3 cups chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped parsley
1 quart chicken broth
1 pint cooked diced chicken
In large mixing bowl. put bread cubes, potatoes, carrots, parsley and celery.
Add well beaten eggs. Add 1 quart chicken broth. (Any meat stock, milk, cream or
condensed milk may be used.) Add 1 pint or more of cooked diced chicken and toss
lightly. Place in well buttered casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
