Apricot Cake
1 box lemon cake mix
3 eggs
1 can apricots, seedless
Smuckers apricot preserves
Mix cake mix, eggs, apricots and juice for 5 minutes. Pour into a prepared bundt
pan. Bake at 350? for 45 minutes. Remove from pan. Heat half jar of apricot
preserves to boiling. Pour over warm cake and cool.
