Spiced Apricots
1 (14 ounce) can apricots
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
12 whole cloves
1 (2-inch) stick cinnamon
Drain apricot liquid into saucepan. Add vinegar, sugar, whole cloves, and
cinnamon. Add fruit, simmer uncovered 10 minutes. Refrigerate.
