Cheese and Bacon Canapes
1/2 lb. extra sharp Cheddar (Cracker Barrel)
1/2 lb. uncooked bacon
1 sm. onion, quartered
1 (12 oz.) pkg. Ritz crackers
Put cheese, bacon and onion through grinder. Mix well. Refrigerate for a few
hours. Spread a full teaspoon on each cracker. Sprinkle with paprika. Broil
until bacon is cooked and cheese is brown. Makes about 50.ar and 1 tbsp. vinegar. Heat and pour over baked chestnuts. Serve warm.
