Impossible Sausage Pie
Makes its own crust.
1/2 pound Brown 'N Serve sausage, sliced
1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
2 cupmilk
1 cup Bisquick
4 eggs
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 10-inch pie or quiche pan. Sprinkle sausage and
onion in the pan. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth (50 times with hand
beater). Pour into plate. Bake 35 to 40 minutes, until a knife inserted into
center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes. Serves 6.
