Black Bottom Brownies

Mix in pan you bake in:
1-1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
4 tbsp. Baker's cocoa
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Make 3 holes in sifted ingredients. To first hole, add 1/3 c. Crisco oil. To second hole, add 1 tablespoon vinegar. To third hole add 1 teaspoon vanilla. Add 1 cup cold water over all of that. Stir well with fork until blended. Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 325 degrees for glass; 350 degrees for 8 or 9 inch tin pans. This is also the base for Black Bottom Brownies.

You will also need:
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. sugar
1 egg
1/4 tsp. salt

Spoon on top of wacky cake. Bake and enjoy!
