Frosting Fudge Brownies

1 c. all purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
2 squares (2 oz.) unsweetened chocolate
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. pecans or walnuts

Fudge Frosting
2 tbsp. butter
1 (1 oz.) square unsweetened chocolate
1 c. confectioners' sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. milk

Brownies:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 7"x11" or 9" pan. Sift flour, baking powder and salt; set aside. Melt butter and chocolate over low heat. Remove and stir in sugar. Let cool. Add eggs and vanilla; stir well. Fold in flour mixture. Stir in nuts. Spread in prepared pan. Bake 25 minutes. Cool.

Frosting:
Melt butter and chocolate over low heat. Remove and stir in confectioners' sugar and milk until smooth. (If thick, add 1 to 2 teaspoons milk.) Spread frosting over brownies. Cool.
