Fudgy Cocoa Brownies

1/2 c. butter or margarine
1/3 c. baking cocoa
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease an 8"x8" baking pan. Melt butter or margarine over low heat or in microwave. Add cocoa, stir until blended. Add sugar; mix well. Add eggs, one at a time, beat well. Stir in vanilla, flour and salt. Do not over beat. Fold in nuts, spread in pan. Bake 25 to 30 minutes. Frost if desired.
