Mississippi Mud Brownies
To Print

Mississippi Mud Brownies
2 sticks melted margarine
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1-1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. cocoa
Pinch salt
1 1/2 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
1 sm. (10 oz.) bag mini marshmallows
FROSTING:
1 box powdered sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1 stick melted margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. hot milk
Beat egg and sugar together. Add dry ingredients and melted margarine to egg
mixture. Add nuts. Pour into greased and floured jelly roll pan (15 x 11
inches). Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Remove from oven and cover
top of hot brownies with miniature marshmallows making single layer of
marshmallows. Frosting: Beat all ingredients and pour slowly over
marshmallows. (May want to set pan on foil to catch drips.) Let set to
cool..
