Sandi, you brought back good memories talking about the buttermilk. Growing up
we always had a gallon sitting on the counter and one in the fridge, it was so
good with cornbread crumbled in it or just drink a big glass with "supper".
Powdered buttermilk does not have to be mixed
separately. I just add the powder with my flour and the water with the my other
liquids and let it mix in the batter.
