Cabbage with Tuna Casserole

1/4 c. water
2 c. chopped cabbage
4 oz. drained canned tuna
1/2 c. skim milk
2 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
1 Tbsp. dehydrated onion flakes
1/4 tsp. butter flavored salt
1/4 tsp. caraway seed
1 slice bread, crumbled

In medium saucepan bring water to boil. Add cabbage. Cook covered 1 minute until cabbage is wilted. Drain. Arrange 1/2 of cabbage in an even layer in 1 quart dish. Arrange tuna in even layer on cabbage. Arrange remaining cabbage in an even layer over tuna. In small saucepan combine milk and cheese. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until cheese is melted. Add onion flakes, butter flavored salt and caraway seed. Mix well. Pour over cabbage in casserole. Spread bread crumbs in an even layer over cabbage.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
