Cinnamon Pudding Cake
1 c. white sugar
2 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
2 c. flour, scant
1 tsp. cinnamon
Mix together and pour into greased 9x13 inch pan. Pour syrup over
batter.
Syrup
2 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. butter
1-1/2 c. cold water
Mix together and bring to a boil. Pour over batter. Sprinkle 1 cup
chopped nuts on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. When cold,
serve with whipped cream and cut in squares.
