Apple Pound Cake
1-1/2 c. corn oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla extract
3 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
2 c. chopped, peeled apples
1 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. raisins
Beat oil, eggs, sugar and vanilla until well blended. Combine dry ingredients
and add to sugar mixture, beating well. Stir in apples, nuts and raisins. Spoon
batter into greased and floured bundt pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour and 15
minutes.
