3 c. biscuit mix
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. water
1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs
1 sm. pkg. instant pudding, any flavor
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 12 cup bundt pan. Beat all
ingredients in large bowl at low speed, scraping the bowl for 30 seconds.
Beat medium speed 4 minutes. Pour into pan; bake until toothpick comes
clean. Cool. Spread with glaze. Sprinkle with chopped nuts. Glaze: Beat 1
cup powdered sugar and 1 to 2 tablespoons milk until smooth and desired
consistency.
