Chili Relleno Casserole
Whole chilies
1/2 lb. hamburger meat
1 c. milk
1/2 c. Bisquick mix
1/2 tsp. salt
2 (4 oz.) cans roasted and peeled green chilies
2 c. tomatoes, chopped
2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Season hamburger meat and onion. Brown in skillet. Mix milk,
eggs and Bisquick together. Put Bisquick mixture on bottom
of dish. Then layer hamburger meat, whole chilies, cut in
half and cheese. Repeat until casserole is full with cheese
on top. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
