Heart Shaped Cinnamon Crisps
2 c. Bisquick baking mix
1/3 c. milk
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. margarine or butter, softened
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. ground cinnamon

Heat oven to 450 degrees. Mix baking mix, milk, 2 tablespoons sugar and the oil
until dough forms. Turn dough onto surface well dusted with baking mix; gently
roll in baking mix to coat. Knead 10 times. Roll dough into rectangle, 8x12
inches, spread with margarine. Mix 2 tablespoons sugar and the cinnamon;
sprinkle over dough. Roll up dough tightly, beginning at 8 inch edge; do not
seal edge into roll. Cut crosswise into 16 slices. Place 2 slices side by side
on ungreased cookie sheet with loose ends toward the bottom and outside. Pat
into 1/4 inch thick heart shape using loose ends to form point at bottom of
heart. Repeat with remaining slices. Sprinkle tops lightly with sugar. Bake
until golden brown, about 10 minutes.
