Cinnamon Baked Apples

6 Large baking apples - (to 8), Rome or York
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
2 Tablespoons butter, melted
3 Tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 Teaspoon nutmeg
1 Teaspoon cinnamon

Peel, core and cut apples in half. Drizzle with lemon juice and butter. Sprinkle with sugar and spices. Cover and cook on: = 1 (Low) for 4 hours. = 2 (High) 2 hours.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
