Chop Suey
1 round steak, cut up
1 onion, diced
1 stalk celery, diced
1 lg. can bean sprouts
1 lg. mushrooms
1 lg. can chop suey veggies
Juice
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. water
3 tbsp. soy sauce
Brown meat. Dice round steak. Mix all ingredients cook in Crockpot on low all
day
