Pork Strips Barbecue

1/2 Cup soy sauce
1/4 Cup dry sherry
1/2 Cup brown sugar
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1/8 Teaspoon freshly-ground black pepper
1/2 Cup barbecue sauce
1 Can pineapple chunks - (8 oz), do not drain
3 Pounds lean pork, cut into strips, browned, and drained

Combine all ingredients except pork strips in crock pot and stir well. Add pork and stir to coat. Cook on LOW, covered, for 8 to 10 hours. Serve with sauce. This recipe yields about 15 servings.
