Astrology Part 2: Moon Signs

In this article, part 2, I will be discussing Moon signs. There are
twelve moon signs in all and they are: Aries, Taurus, Gemini,
Cancer, Leo, Virgo, Libra, Scorpio, Sagittarius, Capricorn,
Aquarius, and Pisces.
They all have a bright side and a dark side. The position of the
moon in your horoscope is second only in importance to the position
of the Sun.
The moon stands for emotions, instincts, the unconscious, where
the Sun represents your will, the Moon represents your instinctive
reactions.
The most famous astrologer, Evangeline Adams wrote, the Sun
signifies individuality and the moon signifies your personality. The
moon represents the side of you that reacts before you have the time
to think. It is also an unconscious force. The Sun is a vital force.
Your Moon personality is the one you keep hidden. It is the part
of yourself you find disturbing. It's the inner core, it feels hate
and jealousy, it has broods and fearfulness, and fantasies you often
deny to even to yourself. So there it is, all the information about
moon signs.
Your Moon side is also the side that can spontaneously feel &
express joy & pleasure, the side that reflects to emotional stimuli.
It is the part of you that tends to enjoy the little things in life,
the smell of flowers, or newly cut grass, the delight of a long, hot
shower. The Moon is inextricably linked to what might be called you
reaction to your environment. It has ruler ship over your five
senses; sight, hearing, taste, smell & touch.
The Moon also stands for childhood, your dreams, memory, and your
past... this can be summed up as your inner psyche. The Moon holds
dominion over your emotional sphere, it influences your receptivity
to others & how they feel about you. It is an extremely important
factor in your relationships.
