Strawberry Rhubarb Pie
1-1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
3 c. diced rhubarb
1 c. sliced strawberries
1 tbsp. margarine
9 in. (2 crust) unbaked pie shells
Combine sugar, flour, salt and nutmeg. Add fruit mixing well. Let
stand 20 minutes. Spoon into 9 inch pie shell. Dot with margarine.
Moisten edges. Put on top crust. Bake in hot oven 400 degrees about
40 to 45 minutes. Serve slightly warm.
