Mulled Cider
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 qt. cider
1 tsp. whole allspice
1 tsp. whole cloves
1 (3 inch) stick cinnamon
Combine first 3 ingredients in 3-quart saucepan. Tie spices in cloth bag; add to
cider mixture. Bring to a boil; simmer for 20 minutes. Remove spice bag; serve
hot.
