Cranberry Balls
8 ounces fresh or frozen cranberries
1 large unpeeled orange, seeded and cut into pieces
1 cup sugar
1 (13 1/2 ounce) package graham cracker crumbs
1-1/2 cup white raisins
1 (3 1/2 ounce) can flaked coconut
1-1/2 cups finely chopped pecans
Process separately cranberries, raisins, orange and coconut in food processor or
grinder. Stir in sugar and graham cracker crumbs. Mix well. Shape into small
walnut size balls. Roll in finely chopped pecans. Place in air tight container.
Freezes well. Makes about 125 balls.
