Mustard Gravy For Baked Ham
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup dry mustard (scant)
1 tablespoon flour
3/4 cup bouillon (diluted somewhat)
2 egg yolks, beaten
Mix brown sugar, dry mustard and flour. Add bouillon and beaten
egg yolks. Cook in a double boiler, stirring constantly. Serve
with baked ham.
