Old Fashioned Christmas Cookies
1 cup (2 sticks) butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup sour cream
5 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
Cream butter and sugar. Add beaten eggs, vanilla and sour cream. Sift flour with
baking soda and powder. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Chill. Roll out
and cut. Frost with favorite frosting or great unfrosted.
