Banana Ice Cream #2

2 c. banana puree
egg substitute to equal 3 eggs
7/8 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
2 c. cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt

Add sugar gradually to beaten eggs. Continue to beat until mixture is very stiff. Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Pour into can and freeze as directed by manufacturer's directions..
