Chocolate Raspberry Ice Cream
1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream, softened
5 c. Rice Krispies
1 pkg. chocolate chips
1/3 c. peanut butter
1 pt. raspberries (red)
Over low heat, melt chocolate chips and peanut butter. Add Rice
Krispies. Stir chocolate mixture into softened ice cream. Pour into
a springform pan or glass cake pan. Garnish with red raspberries.
Cover and freeze for 24 hours.
