French Fried Ice Cream
6 lg. scoops vanilla ice cream
3 c. cornflakes, crushed
2 t. cinnamon
oil for deep frying
1 (9 oz.) carton whipped topping
1/4 c. honey
6 maraschino cherries
Roll ice cream in mixture of cornflakes and cinnamon, covering
completely. Freeze until firm. Deep fry in 375 degrees oil for 2 to
4 seconds. Layer whipped topping, ice cream balls, honey, whipped
topping
and cherries in individual serving dishes. Serve immediately. Makes
6 servings.
