Fried Ice Cream #2
Grind any flavor cookies into crumbs, the amount depending on the
amount of ice cream used. Using a regular ice cream scoop, dip ice
cream balls into cookie crumbs, coating thoroughly. Place on a
cookie sheet and freeze overnight. Beat eggs, the number depending
on the amount of ice cream balls, and dip frozen ice cream balls
into eggs.
Roll ice cream in cookie crumbs. Dip ice cream and roll in crumbs a
second time. Place on cookie sheet and freeze again overnight. Deep
fat fry for about 30 seconds and serve.
