Kiwi Lime Sorbet
1 sm. lime
1 kiwi, peeled and mashed
2 tbsp. water
2 tsp. honey
Halve lime crosswise. Squeeze juice from 1 half; reserve 2 teaspoons
for this recipe and save any remaining juice for another use. Thinly
slice other lime half; wrap and chill. Combine mashed kiwi with the
2 teaspoons lime juice, the water, and honey. Freeze in small bowl.
Before serving, let frozen mixture stand 5 minutes. Scrap across top
with spoon and pile into goblet. Garnish with reserved lime slices.
Makes 1 serving.
