Papaya Pineapple Sorbet
2 c. fresh, ripe papaya
2 c. fresh pineapple
Mint leaf for garnish
Peel and cut papaya and pineapple into small chunks; place in
freezer. (Do not freeze rock hard, as they will not process easily.)
As close to serving time as possible, put the frozen fruit in the
processor and blend until creamy. Makes six half-cup servings.
