2 c. water, added to sugar in saucepan
1/8 tsp. salt, added to syrup mix
1/2 c. cold water
2 tsp. RealLemon lime juice
1 small pkt. unflavored gelatin

Add the soaked gelatin, water and lime juice to the hot syrup to dissolve the gelatin. Add 1 can Bacardi Strawberry Daiquiri mix to the syrup mix. Add one 12 ounce package of thawed frozen strawberries to the mixture in the saucepan. Add six packets of Sweet & Lite sugar substitute, equivalent to 2 teaspoons sugar per packet. Place mixture in one half gallon ice cream freezer can. Add 1 1/2 cups cold water to rinse out sauce pan and add to the freezer can. Freeze the mixture in a White Mountain Freezer using crushed ice and rock salt mixture. After 10-15 minutes the mix should be frozen. Remove the dasher and place the sorbet in a plastic container in the refrigerator freezer section.
