Lemon Beet Jello Salad
1 large package lemon Jello
2 cups. boiling water
1 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons lemon juice
4 cups shredded beets, cooked
2 teaspoons grated onion
2 cup dairy sour cream
4 tbsp. grated horseradish
Dissolve gel; add salt and lemon juice; chill until partly gelled. Fold in
vegetables and sour cream.
